Welkom op de vernissage van de tentoonstelling van Mallorcaans kunstenaar Manuel Ros op 19 juni vanaf 19u. De tentoonstelling loopt tot en met 19 juli.

Geometric abstraction frees the work from any realistic representation, eliminating any trace of inner subjectivity; the work becomes an autonomous entity, understood as a visual and mental stimulous which helps obtaining mental states allowing us to glimpse that there’s something else.
“With my work I create new forms and discover other real/concrete existences; I try to show different realities, to shift ordinary mental states, to perceive space from another point of view, as something harmonic, ever moving, and interrelated with everything. The dichotomy action-reaction doesn’t exist any longer, rather action-creation. The logic of cause and effect is no lon ger viable, thoughts are contemplated rather than attempting to verbalize them, fractal reality becomes a conscious experience.
Through contemplation I intend to expand the mind, becoming a mental landscape, a new perception of space: everything is interconnected and everything affects everything. I think in creative ways to discover different dimensions. One cannot remain trapped in one single reality. A dialog between the viewer and the work allows reaching higher mental
states, to reflect about our existence’s parallel planes.”
